一丶碳化硅衬底切割粉

Cutting powder for silicon carbide substrates

用于碳化硅晶体切割，产品晶型规则、粒度集中，保证切割的精度和一致性，提高切割工艺的效率。

二丶碳化硅衬底研磨液

grinding fluid for Silicon carbide substrates

1.加工对象：碳化硅晶片切割后的粗磨工艺（配套铸铁盘）

1.Target: Rough grinding process after cutting silicon carbide wafers (with cast iron discs)
