一、金刚石微粉

Monocrystaline Diamond Powder

金刚石微粉，主要选用优质人造金刚石作为原料，根据不同行业及应用领域的要求采用不同的生产工艺和产品标准。

Monocrystaline diamond powder, selects high quality synthetic diamond as the raw material, adopts different production processes and product standards according to the requirements of different industries and application fields.

二、金刚石研磨液

Diamond Lapping Slurry

为表面精密抛光提供多种金刚石研磨(抛光) 产品，包括油基、水基、醇基等不同的载体类型，单晶金刚石、团粒金刚石、多晶金刚石、纳米金刚石等多种磨料种类，为不同材料、不同要求的精密研磨抛光加工提供了丰富的产品选择。

Provide a variety of diamond slurry for surface precision lapping (polishing) products, which includes oil based, water based, alcohol based and other different carrier types, monocrystalline diamond,aggregated diamond, polycrystalline diamond, nano diamond and other abrasives types. We provide a rich products selection for precision lapping and polishing processing of different materials and different requirements.

三、金刚石研磨垫

Diamond Lapping Pad

金刚石研磨垫通过独特设计的垫子构造，采用金刚石微粉与树脂整合而成，可用于玻璃基板(微晶、石英、硼硅酸盐、白板、蓝宝石)、半导体晶圆(单晶硅、碳化硅)、压电端子(钽酸锂)以及精密陶瓷(氧化铝、氮化铝.氮化硅)等硬脆材料的研磨减薄工序。

Diamond lapping pad, based on a specially designed pad structure, it is made of diamond powder and resin binder, and can be used in the lapping and thinning process of hard and brittle materials such as glass substrates (microcrystalline, quartz, borosilicate, white board, sapphire), semiconductor wafers (monocrystalline silicon, silicon carbide), piezoelectric terminals(lithium tantalate),and precision ceramics (aluminum oxide, aluminum nitride, silicon nitride).
