【APCSCRM 2022】Call For Paper~~

In order to encourage the learning and exchange of theories and technologies in the fields of wide bandgap semiconductor material growth, device preparation and packaging, device module application and standardization, the conference will call for papers. 

The accepted papers will be published in the journals of "Materials Science Forum" (EI Index) and "Journal of crystal growth" (SCI Index).

We welcome people from universities, scientific research institutes, enterprises and institutions all over the world in the fields of wide band gap semiconductor materials, devices and applications to contribute and participate in the exchange!

SCOPE:

All technical reports, periodic achievement reports with scientific basis and reliable data, as well as forward-looking and critical papers with broad band gap semiconductors as the main body of discussion and innovative value in theory or application practice, as well as frontier technologies and guiding the development of wide band gap semiconductors can be submitted.Major topics but not limited to:

（1）Fundamentals (theoretical and experimental)

（2）Bulk and epitaxial growth

（3）New materials grown on SiC (graphene, III-N compounds and diamond)

（4）Material characterisation

（5）Surfaces and interfaces

（6）Device fabrication processes

（7）Devices (power, RF power, sensors…)

（8）Device physics (measurements, modelling, simulation and reliability)

（9）Packaging, modular and circuit technology

（10）Applications and reliability

（11）... ...

Some excellent papers’ authors have the opportunity to make oral reports or poster display at the venue!

MANMUSCRIPT REQUIREMENTS:

(1) Only English manuscripts are accepted;

(2) The content is specific, highlighting innovative research results, which has important academic value or popularization and application value;

(3) Original and unpublished research results, technical review, work experience summary or technical progress report;

(4) State secrets shall not be involved;

(5) The length of the paper shall not be less than 4 pages;

(2) Deadline for Abstract: May 30, 2022

(3) Please submit the full text directly on the official website of the periodical (the full text submission channel will be opened soon~)

Conference Abstrcts Contributions are free; If papers are accepted by MSF periodical , you need to pay 1500 yuan; if papers are accepted by JCG periodical , you need to pay 1800 yuan.
