The second Asia-Pacific Conference on silicon carbide and related materials (APCSCRM 2019) was held in Beijing, China from July 17 to 20. With the theme of "innovation· lead· revolution", APCSCRM 2019 carried out comprehensive and in-depth sharing and exchange from the four fields of "growth and epitaxy technology", "device and test analysis technology", "device packaging module, system solution and application" "Standardization of semiconductor industry and EHS development" of wide bandgap semconductors.
